Talaq is a word that gets influenced by the lives of Muslim women when listening to it. In happy life, a tsunami comes to an end which destroys everything. For women, these words are not less than an accident. His life becomes a hell, which makes him mentally ill.

What is the Triple Talaq?

Actually, there is a divorce in Muslim societies in which a man can break his marriage at any moment by only telling his wife "Talaq,Talaq,Talaq". Divorce arising from this rule is stable, marriage ends. After this, if a man and woman want to remarry, they have to marry after doing 'Halala'. Halala is a method in which a divorced woman first had to marry a second Muslim man and have to spend some time together. After that, they have to get divorced and then have to marry with their old husband.

Triple Talaq is unlawful in Islam 

Triple Talaq has been considered unlawful in Islam. And it has been advised not to do so. According to Islamic religious leaders, any person should immediately avoid divorce and try to get reconciled in some way and if there is still no talk then they can take their own decision.

                                                     

     

Misuse of Social Media for Divorce

In modern days, divorce are being done on phone, message, Facebook, Whats App, e-mail etc. And such incidents are continuously increasing.That is a matter of concern. It does not make any difference to men. But for divorced women who financially depend on their husbands, it is not less than a big problem. With financial difficulties, they also break emotionally. They seem to be burdened with their life.

Petition in the Supreme Court

In spite of all the adverse circumstances, they raised their voices and these ladies, broken down from life, knocked on the Supreme Court. The court granted their petition and also gave their consent for the hearing. The court, in view of the seriousness of the matter, agreed to complete the hearing in a set time. In this moment of calamity, the present government also supported the women. Thereby increased allegiance to the government in women. And they felt that the Prime Minister would definitely find some solution to this problem. Media also gave a great deal of attention to this issue. Introducing the views of women on every aspect related to it before the nation. Now everyone's eyes were on the court's decision.

Supreme Court's historic decision

Day-Tuesday, date-22 August 2017

The bench of five judges of the Supreme Court has given a historic judgment. The court termed Triple Talaq as unconstitutional and instructed the government to make solid laws on it. After this decision, the women watching the path of justice remained unharmed, the court's decision changed the direction of the country. All political parties also welcomed this decision. The Prime Minister described this decision as historic. And with this the dark chapter of three divorces ended.

Friendship Day

Friendship Day, a day which is remembered for friendship. But the reality is that the most important thing in relationship is friendship. Now the question arises that what is definition of  a friend, then in my understanding it should be defined that those who are always with you at the time of your need, hold your hand in the hour of happiness and suffering, guide you to the rise from fall; In any heterogeneous situation, he did not leave with you, and with whom you could forget all the worries in the world and feel himself in a different world for some time, That's what we call true friends. 

                          For centuries these traditions have been going on that a friend is eager to fondle his friend. If you do not discuss the relationship between God Krishna and Sudama, then it will be useless. How can one forget his love and dedication to friendship? Lord Krishna did not know what to do for Sudama. History has witnessed such examples of friendship that we can not imagine in the present.

                            

                        But its definition has changed in the modern era. There are different types of concrete talks about friendship. It is being misused. Today people are comparing in love and friendship. Today the question arises in the minds of young people that love is big or friendship This is what I want to say about this friendship is the most unique and most unique relationship, which can not be compared to the foundation of relationships. To understand love and friendship, this poetry is very awesome. 

                "Love and friendship come one day, love                      asked me, what is your work here?"               I said, "I will bring a smile on those lips, in                          which you leave tears." 

The relationship of friendship is immortal, it is unreal, it is loyalty. There can be no scope of suspicion from anywhere. friend,Life is a medicine for diseases. If you find a true friend at every turn of life then life can not be imagined how beautiful it will be.
